Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for SolvPal subscriptions, offered by ONECHUNK. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Purchases on our website
- Web purchases are sold through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, whose name appears on your receipt.
- To ask for a refund, email support@solvpal.com or contact Paddle through your receipt.
- We follow the consumer laws that apply to you, including any right to withdraw from a purchase.
Purchases in the iOS app
App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies. Ask for a refund through Apple.
Free trial and cancelling
- The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged.
- You can cancel at any time through your Paddle receipt or your App Store account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
